Can you believe it is already October?
Time certainly flies by! It is the start of not only a new week but also a new month! Completely unintentionally October looks like it is going to be my busiest month of the year! Rather than become totally overwhelmed and completely lose track of any routine I am going to establish some realistic (yet flexible) guidelines for the month:
- Get 8 hours of sleep at least 5 nights a week (this might be the most important!)
- Exercise 4 times per week (also important)
- Prepare lunch/dinner at least 8 meals per week (a challenge when takeout/delivery is soo convenient)
- Make sure to incorporate time each day to relax either by: taking a bath, enjoying a leisurely walk, or reading a book (this is what will keep me sane)
