Sometime you just need to sit outside, in the grass, with a good book, while your dog shoots judgmental glances your way. It really is the best method to achieve spiritual growth and development.
The book pictured above is the latest work by Don Miguel Ruiz of The Four Agreements renown (its an international bestseller for a reason). The Four Agreements is my favorite personal development (it would be a disservice to characterize it any other way) book I have ever read and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to expand his or her worldview. This latest piece works in accordance with the principles laid out in The Four Agreements yet also stands alone as a great read for anyone currently looking for a shake up in his or her own perspective. Even if you don’t need a shake up, some positive reinforcement is also beneficial. I always find great insight in all of Don Miguel Ruiz’ work, The Three Questions being no exception, and appreciate that his books can quickly be devoured in an hour or two, but then can be referenced for the rest of your life. I personally like to read his books with pens/book markers in hand so I can mark passages.
Happy reading and growing!
