This month has been full of travel, and every time I pack I make sure to include certain must have items. That way even though I am out of the comfort of my home, and my bed, (gosh how I miss my bed when I am gone) I can still achieve a good nights sleep just like I would at home.
My three must have travel sleep aids:
- Saje Sleep Well Oil – This has become an absolute must for me and I use it every single night before bed. It sends a cue to my mind to slow down and take a break for the night.
- Bite Agave Lip Mask – Hotels are always super dry and this is the one lip product I have found that can actually combat hotel dryness. The slight vanilla scent is also super comforting.
- Slip Sleep Mask – This mask is a lifesaver for hotels without blackout curtains. The complete darkness is perfect for getting sleep in a new and unfamiliar location.
Do you have any tips for sleeping well on trips?
