Trader Joe’s is my go to for quick and healthy meals at home. This latest combo is my new personal favorite for fall. This sauce is made from tomato, pumpkin and butternut squash and is delicious served over your favorite noodles or noodle substitutes. I personally love it over Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi. This Cauliflower Gnocchi has become a staple in my freezer, I love how it fully satisfies my pasta cravings with only a fraction of the carbs per serving that would be found in traditional Gnocchi. Zoodles are another low carb “pasta option” and that never disappoints!
When served over the Cauliflower Gnocchi I love to add either ground turkey or chicken sausage and then throw additional vegetables into the mix like broccoli or green beans. Sprinkle some parmesan on top and you have a complete meal in one easy dish. Quick prep and even quicker clean up! Dinner made easy!
