For everyone who needs some help de-stressing right now, I cannot recommend this book enough.
This book offers 108 different tools to decrease stress and improve self wellness. While not every tool is right for every person, I guarantee with 108 different options to choose from you will find (at least) a couple that work for you!
Full disclosure, I absolutely love the tools this book suggests. The “tweetable phrases” at the end each section, I could totally do without. So, use this as a guidebook and ignore the unnecessary fluff. There is tons of helpful advice, and we could all use a little extra guidance right now!
