The first week following daylight savings is always the hardest!
Don’t get me wrong, I am loving the additional hour of evening sun…but waking up an hour earlier is making me SUPER SLEEPY!
This picture of Blair in her pajamas makes me feel even more ready for bed. I personally think the Monday after daylight savings should be a national holiday to give everyone a chance to ease into things. It normally takes me about a week (or two) to adjust to the time change so I have feeling this time will be no different.
For anyone else also struggling with this transition and who also feels super tired, be kind to yourself, and know that this too shall pass!
