Here we are day two and as promised here are my tips for getting the best darn sleep of your life. Disclaimer: I may not be a sleep doctor, but considering the sheer number of hours of my life I have dedicated towards trying to get a good nights sleep I am happy to say I have learned a thing or two about a thing or two. For it is only when we take care of ourselves and are well rested, that we can happily and healthily dedicate ourselves to all the wonderful things in our life that deserve our energy and attention. So, with no further ado my tips for a wonderful nights sleep:
Let’s get started, shall we? It couldn’t be easier these days to encounter bad news; TV, newspapers and the internet, they are full of it. And while I think it is important to be aware of all that is occurring in this world I think it is especially important that we are consistently reminded about all of the good that exists.
