I hope the full moon (a blue moon nonetheless) didn’t keep you up all night! I have heard from quite a few people that they have had trouble sleeping the past few nights, and I feel for you. Sleep is so unbelievably important to both physical and mental health. Especially with this crazy flu going around, everyone do everything you can to get some decent sleep!
However, just because we all might be suffering from some lackluster sleep the past few days that doesn’t mean we stop dreaming! I have always loved the quote pictured above and feel a strong connection to its message. This world is full of dreamers, however we should all aspire towards being not just dreamers but also doers. It is those who actually believe in their dreams and turn them into realities that reap the greatest reward.
Take some time today to reflect on your dreams (dream a little bigger than just getting a good nights sleep tonight, though that is also important!). Then think of the one small step you can take this week to get you one step closer to making that dream a reality. I can’t emphasize enough how it is the small moves we make that add up to something truly wonderful.
