I can’t believe March starts this week!! January literally felt like it was two years long and February lasted all of two minutes. I have a feeling this week is going to fly by as well. So even though it is Monday, Friday is going to be here in the blink of an eye!
My goal for the week is to be mindful of my days as they pass. Even though it feels like we have entered warp speed I am still going to put forth an effort to appreciate the moments as they happen. When someone asks me on Friday what I did this week I want to be able to give a thoughtful honest answer. Not have my standard reaction of total panic, where my mind becomes a total blank and I uncomfortably reply “eh, not too much.” (Does this happen to anyone else?). So this Monday, right before March, I am setting an intention of mindfulness. I’ll let you know on Friday how it goes!
