My Christmas tree comes down this weekend, so this is my last chance to bask in its soft glittery glow and I am taking full advantage. Lest anyone think I am procrastinating in my Christmas decoration dismantling I would like to explain that I follow the Swedish tradition of St. Knuts where your Christmas tree is removed from your home on January 13th. I also think historically you are supposed to dance around it outside… always good fun!
Even though I will be sad to put away my tree for another year, as I said earlier this week, in 2018 we are all about moving onwards and forwards. So that means goodbye to the Christmas tree and Valentine’s Day decorations I am coming for you (how is that already around the corner?)!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone and see you back here next week! Also, congrats on surviving the first full week back at work! It’s never easy, but you made it!
